MMG Records dates back to the late 1940s when it was called Jasmine Records. The company also
owned Buhl International Record Sales, Jasmine Music (BMI), and Mechanical Copyright Collection Agency (MCCA). It's original
owner and founder was Frank Buhl of Miami, Florida. In the early 1980s singer/entertainer Mark Collier acquired
ownership of the company which has continued to promote country, pop, and big band music. It's headquarters was relocated
in 1998 to Florence, Alabama and it's name changed to Molie Music Group (MMG) in 2001. In the past, Jasmine/MMG
has held all foreign performance rights to various songs recorded by such artists as Hank Snow, Dean Martin, Chuck Atkins,
Chuck Berry, and others.
Our MCE Talent Agency has booked such artists as Roni Stoneman, Gary Lewis & The Playboys,
Narvel Felts, Jimmy Payne, actor Wayne Storm, Karen Wheeler, Bill Phillips, Wade Hamlett, and many others.
We currently have MMG music promoters in Alabama, Alaska, Philippines, Australia, and Africa.
(Song heard on this page is "Sway With Me" sung by MMG Philippines
