A Mississippi country-gospel singer with a voice similar to Johnny Cash (in many people's opinion) released his song "Sad Seeds" on the MMG label. With being such a great singer and highly-professional performer, there's no way he can't make it to the top in country-gospel. He and his band put on a show sometime back at the MMG Alabama Jamboree that certainly held the crowd's attention. His song, "Sad Seeds", has gotten a lot of attention as well.

Nashville's JIMMY PAYNE, who is not only known worldwide as a great country recording artist, but also as the writer of numerous hit songs for many top stars such as Ray Price, Charlie Pride, Glen Campbell, Tammy Wynette, Bill Anderson, Jeanne Pruett, Dottie West, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap and others, has a release on MMG titled "Mansion In Spain". He has toured Germany, the Philippines, Canada, the United States, and continues to grow in popularity. His style, which is similar to a laid back Jim Croce, is capturing the attention of all who hear him.
